Leadership and Governance Workshop
Our partners at Buddle have been busy behind the scenes reviewing and refining their workshops and are now delighted to inform you of their relaunch. The Volleyball England workshop calendar will be announced in due course, but in the meantime, as we enter the AGM season, we are excited to announce a leadership and governance workshop.
This workshop is highly recommended for all club committee members to become effective leaders within their clubs.
A strong governance structure significantly enhances a club's chances of securing funding.
The workshop will enable you to:

Establish the structure of your club/organisation, including who does what.

Investigate what a good club structure looks like

Consider good practice of governance

Plan ways to improve your club/org’s leadership structure and governance.

Time: 6.30-7.30 pm (with optional extra 30 minutes for questions after this)
